About founder and owner of Movis Private Tours
Movis Private Tours was officially founded in 2008 by Mr. Rok Puppis who after many years of guiding and traveling around the world found out that everything he was looking for around the world, has on his doorstep.
After more than 10 years of working as tourist guide around Europe and world and being representative in many Mediterranean countries, his idea was to start his own travel agency which would provide exclusive services to individuals who would like to experience and live the region they are visiting not as a tourist but as a friend and local. Thats how Movis Private Tours were started and after first few years, when he was doing all the tours on his own, the business grew and nowadays he expanded his team (in the office and on the ground). Team now consists of some experienced as well as young travel guides who share the same enthusiasm about the region they are promoting and exploring with more and more travelers from all around the world.
So we are combination of old and new, exactly as the region we are covering. Combination of old towns and culture and new vibrant spirit of local people.
