You will meet with your guide at the port in Koper and we will head to lake Bohinj in the heart of Julian Alps. From the stone bridge you can admire the lake and charming church of st. John the Baptist before taking a cable car lift up to the mt. Vogel to admire the views of Julian Alps and the lake Bohinj below. Chance to have a traditional alpine snack before we return to the valley and continue with the tour.
We then drive towards Bled Lake to admire the ´image of the paradise´ as our poet once wrote. Visit the castle, built in 1011, to admire another fascinating view across the lake with charming island and church in the middle.
In the afternoon return to Koper.
