Admire the famous UNESCO`s Škocjan Cave Park . Walk through the underground system with river Reka flowing through it. In the cave its steady temperature of 12°C all year round. For caves we recommend good walking shoes as there are many stairs (500 all together).Head towards Hrastovlje church to see the dance macabre fresco from the 15th century and ´Venice-looking´ Piran to relax by the Adriatic sea.Town is built on a peninsula and overlooked by grand church of St. George and city walls from where you have the best view of old town. Walk across Tartini square and admire old Town hall, Courthouse and other colourful Venetian houses surrounding the old square. Continue through narrow streets towards Franciscan monastery and Punta at the end of peninsula. Return to Koper.
