Day 1

Prague arrival

Arrival to Prague airport. Meet your private guide for the tour. At leisure take a stroll down the old town or relax. Overnight in Prague.

Day 2

Prague

Explore Czech´s capital with visit to 1,000-year-old Hradcany Castle, Cathedral of St. Vitus and picturesque Golden lane. You will also get to know the Jewish Prague which includes the Old Ghetto, the old cemetery and many synagogues. Overnight in Prague.

The Spanish Synagogue is the newest synagogue in the area of the so-called Jewish Town.

Day 3

Prague – Terezin – Prague

In the morning drive to Terezin, the town that was turned into a ghetto and concentration camp and visit the Terezín Memorial. In the afternoon return to Prague where we spend the night.

Day 4

Prague – Brno – Budapest

Continue to Brno, an important urban monument reserve and the second largest city in the Czech Republic. In the short visit of the city you will see the cathedral of St Peter and St Paul, the Baroque fountain of Parnassus, the column of the Holy Trinity and also the Brno Synagogue. In the evening we arrive to Budapest where we spend the night.

Day 5

Budapest

Full day exploration of Budapest. Visit of all main sites that include Buda castle area from where you have spectacular views of Danube with its bridges and fantastic Parliament building. We also visit Dohany Street Synagogue, the largest in Europe, and the Community Holocaust Memorial. Overnight in Budapest.

Overview of the Hungarian capital with some of its main sites, including the Buda castle. Budapest is known as one of the best European capitals.

Day 6

Budapest - Danube bend - Budapest

In the morning you will drive along the Danube bend. Stop at Esztergom to see impressive basilica, in Visegrad for possible stop at castle and in charming village Szentendre for walk in the “medditeranean feel” village. In the afternoon return to Budapest where we spend the night.

Day 7

Budapest – Krakow

Leave Budapest and continue to Krakow, one of the most famous cities in Poland. Krakow is part of World Heritage. It used to be the royal city of Poland and for this reason it is now full of amazing palaces, churches and squares. Walk through Kazimierz Jewish Quarter and Podgórze where the Jewish Ghetto was located during the Holocaust. Overnight in Krakow.

Most famous Polish city with UNESCO city centre. Krakow used to be Royal capital of Poland for centuries and is therefore full of beautiful palaces, churches and squares.

Day 8

Krakow – Auschwitz – Wroclaw

Visit of the largest Nazi concentration and extermination camp, built in Southern Poland near town of Oswiecim. Visit of Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum and continue to Wroclaw where we spend the night.

Day 9

Wroclaw – Lodz - Warsaw

Wroclaw was once described as “the holy blossom of Europe, a beautiful gem among cities”, changing hands many times throughout its long history. In the past, Wroclaw has belonged to Poles, Czechs, Austrians, Hungarians and Germans. The heart of Wroclaw is the Market Square, one of the most beautiful and largest urban squares in Poland. In the afternoon continue to Lodz where, prior to WWII, was the second largest Jewish community in Europe. Visit some of the sites and continue to Warsaw where we spend the night.

Day 10

Warsaw

The city of Warsaw was almost entirely destroyed in World War II but a lot of effort has gone into its rebuilding. The city is home to various palaces, castles and citadels with beautiful medieval Stare Miasto (Old Town). Walk through Warsaw Ghetto and visit the Nozyk Synagogue, the last remaining pre-Holocaust synagogue in Warsaw. Overnight in Warsaw.

Day 11

Warsaw departure

Drive to Warsaw airport and end of our services.
