Arrival to Slovenia. Meet and greet with your private guide/driver. First we drive towards Upper Carniola region for a sightseeing tour of Bled and Bohinj lakes and a cable car lift to mount Vogel. Afterwards, check-in to the hotel in Bled and free time. Overnight in Bled.
In the morning drive via Kranjska Gora, over mountainpass Vršič into the valley of river Soča for some breathtaking views. Possible visit of Fort Kluze (from WWI) and Kobarid Museum (WWI) which in 1993 received an award for best European museum. Stops along the river and in town Bovec, known as a small tourist centre for all the adrenaline seekers. In the evening we continue to Goriška Brda (famous wine-producing region) to taste some local wine and to have a fine dinner in one of the restaurants. Overnight in Goriška Brda.
After breakfast we drive through the Karst Region, taste some fine wines and pršut and visit the medieval village of Štanjel. In the afternoon we go to Lipica stud farm to see the stables and the performance of Spanish riding school. Afterwards we continue to Castle Socerb for a beautiful view over the Gulf of Trieste and afterwards we drive to Piran, the coastal town with strong Venetian influence. Overnight in Piran.
The tour takes us to Škocjan Caves, the only UNESCO World Heritage site in Slovenia. Afterwards we continue towards Ljubljana. Check-in at the hotel and sightseeing of the Slovenian capital along Ljubljanica river. Overnight in Ljubljana.
After breakfast some free time to explore the town on your own and later transfer to the airport. End of services.
