Movis Private Tours is a Slovenia‑based luxury destination management company specializing in private, tailor‑made travel experiences across Europe. Founded in 2008, Movis focuses exclusively on custom-designed itineraries for couples, families, and small private groups seeking a deeper, more authentic way to explore the region.

I’m Rok Puppis, founder and lead travel designer at Movis. Born and based in Slovenia, I personally design every itinerary, drawing on local knowledge, long‑standing partnerships, and first‑hand experience across Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Czechia, Hungary and the Balkans. Our tours are not pre-packaged programs — they are carefully crafted journeys built around your interests, pace, and travel style.

It’s our home and thats why we know it very well. Definitely it is one of the most interesting parts of the world, diverse, culturally and historically extremely rich, abundant with natural sights as blue Adriatic sea, emerald green Alpine rivers and lakes and other special natural beauties. And what is the even more important this is a region of warm and friendly people.

About Founder and Owner of Movis Private Tours

Movis Private Tours was officially founded in 2008 by Mr. Rok Puppis who after many years of guiding and traveling around the world found out that everything he was looking for around the world, has on his doorstep.

After more than 10 years of working as tourist guide around Europe and world and being representative in many Mediterranean countries, his idea was to start his own travel agency which would provide exclusive services to individuals who would like to experience and live the region they are visiting not as a tourist but as a friend and local. Thats how Movis Private Tours were started and after first few years, when he was doing all the tours on his own, the business grew and nowadays he expanded his team (in the office and on the ground).

Team now consists of some experienced as well as young travel guides who share the same enthusiasm about the region they are promoting and exploring with more and more travelers from all around the world.

So we are combination of old and new, exactly as the region we are covering. Combination of old towns and culture and new vibrant spirit of local people.

About Dunja Trajkovska, Co-Owner & Travel Designer

Dunja Trajkovska has spent the last 20 years in the tourism and hospitality industry. Before joining Movis Private Tours, she worked as an Area Sales Manager for the largest hotel chain in the region and gained valuable experience in the operations department of a leading travel agency, enhancing her expertise in travel logistics and customer service. Dunja’s journey in tourism began during her student years as a tour guide and travel representative across Europe. These early experiences sparked her passion for creating unique travel experiences and deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures and local art.

Outside of work, Dunja is an avid traveler who enjoys discovering new destinations and connecting with local cultures. Her travels often focus on exploring hidden gems and engaging with communities worldwide. She particularly values traveling with her family, allowing her to experience the world from a personal perspective.

With her extensive network, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence, Dunja plays a key role in designing bespoke, immersive tours. She aims to connect travelers with the essence of each destination, ensuring their experiences are meaningful and unforgettable.

About Jure Rugani, Travel Designer

Jure Rugani is an active, easygoing traveler who feels most at home when he’s moving. Whether he’s shooting hoops with friends or paddling out for a morning surf, he’s drawn to anything that keeps him on his feet and connected to the outdoors. That same energy shows up in the way he travels. He enjoys discovering new places, learning how people live, and picking up little insights that only come from being on the road.

Over the years, he’s explored a mix of well‑known destinations and hidden corners, gaining a practical sense of what makes a trip memorable — from the rhythm of local life to the small details that turn a simple journey into a real experience. He’s the kind of traveler who talks to locals, tries the food, and pays attention to the stories behind a place.

Curiosity drives him just as much as adventure. He likes understanding different perspectives, asking questions, and learning something new wherever he goes. For him, life is a mix of physical challenges and personal growth, and travel is the perfect way to combine both.
