Budapest – Vienna – Prague

Hello Rok, Looong time since I wrote last to you. I apologize that I never wrote back. I wanted to give you the feedback about our tour. First I would like to mention that everything on our tour last summer was super well organized! we really enjoyed all the countries you took us to. The good things: *We liked that Helena gave us some time to enjoy our family alone, and that she didn’t have to be running around with us all day. *The hotel choices you made were in excellent locations! *The breakfasts in the hotels were delicious *Local tour guides that we loved were Petra(Cesky), Cristina(Vienna) and Maritzabel(Budapest) *The tour in Cesky Krumlov we liked that it was only 1hr and it was enough *The tour in Budapest was perfect time 6hrs *Tour guides always on time and always nice *We loved the tour guide from Budapest and it was part because she spoke native Spanish and therefore made things more understandable About Helena, She was amazing to us, she got along with our family very well, we all liked her so much. She was always trying to help in anyway. Always doing her work excellent so we enjoyed our trip. She is so efficient, Kind. We were impressed of all the knowledge that she had from all the places we went. She is such a good driver. Always with great attitude Her personal attention to the group was well appreciated. Thanks again for your help in our trip and definitely we will recommend your services to our friends and relatives and hopefully travel again with your company. Best regards.

Good afternoon Rok, I just wanted to touch base with you regarding our tour that your company organised for me. What can I say! It was the best, Helena was a treasure to be with and we enjoyed every moment. I know I was apprehensive when I first approached your company, because these days you can never be too sure about what is online. Everywhere we went was amazing and I will now be saving my money again to be able to come again to Europe and  use your company at a different location, and I will certainly recommend you to every one I know. Hi Rok, Wanted to let you know that we had a great time. Helena was patient, accommodating and informative. We took over a thousand photos! Thanks for the chocolates, the gift for Lilian and for helping us out with restaurant bookings. The food was good and no bad meals. Plenty of great ones. We will do some write ups at trip advisor. Will definitely use you guys again when we do Croatia and Balkans – maybe in 2 years

Hi We are in Vienna getting ready for our return to Canada. The tour was fantastic. The driver and tour guide (both Branko’s) were excellent. Branko the guide was excellent and was perfect for our group. Very knowledgeable and organized. We would recommend him highly and use him again. Overall everyone was very happy with the tour.
