Day 1

Budapest

Budapest
Start of the tour at Budapest Airport where you meet your private guide/driver to start Budapest to Venice tour. Drive to the hotel in Budapest and some time to relax. In the afternoon some short orientation walk through the city centre. In the evening, river boat cruise on Danube to enjoy in beautiful illumination of palaces, churches and castle along the river. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 2

Budapest – Zagreb

In the morning visit of the main attractions in Budapest that include the Citadella, Buda castle area with fantastic views over Danube, St. Martin church, the Chain Bridge, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Opera House, Heroes Square, Market Hall, Parliament, etc. In the afternoon drive to Croatia’s capital city, Zagreb for an overnight

Day 3

Zagreb – Ljubljana

After breakfast sightseeing tour of the old town (church of St. Mark, Cathedral, Parliament, Ban Jelačić Square, etc.). Afterwards we continue towards Ljubljana. Check in at the hotel and sightseeing of the Slovenian capital along Ljubljanica river. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 4

Ljubljana – lakes Bled & Bohinj – Ljubljana

In the morning we drive towards Julian Alps to visit lake Bled where we enter the Bled castle and explore the lake and its small island with the church. In the afternoon drive to Bohinj, another alpine lake. Very scenic countryside drive. In the evening transfer to Ljubljana. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 5

Ljubljana – Postojna – Piran

This morning we continue towards the biggest cave in Slovenia and one of the biggest in the world, the 21 kilometers long Postojna cave, to discover the underground world of stalagmites and stalaktites. After the visit of the cave, drive to Slovenian coast to visit a romantic old town of Piran built in a typical Venetian style. Overnight in Piran.

Day 6

Piran – Venice

After breakfast drive to Venice to visit its main attractions like St. Mark’s Square with Doges palace and basilica of St. Mark. Walk towards Rialto bridge and colourful market and enjoy in the views of Canal Grande. Also possible visit of nearby islands of Murano and Burano. Overnight in Venice.

Day 7

Venice

In the morning free time to explore the town on your own and later transfer to the airport. End of services.
