From the first email contact to the last goodbye, the services of Movis Private Tours has been exceptional and beyond reproach. Each hotel room was perfect, interesting, and well placed in each town. From the middle of a vineyard, to the center of the old section of town; each having their own character only added to the great experience. The gastronomic meals were beyond our culinary expectations (and often beyond our abilities to finish as well). Žiga, our personal guide/host/driver was a real pleasure to spend our time during the tours. He is very knowledgeable, speaks multiple languages and courteous to the needs of his clients. Movis Tours provided an excellent itinerary that had us traveling throughout the country trying wines, foods and culture. The specialty guides in the big cities were very much appreciated for their intimate knowledge of the history of each town.

We have a deep respect for the history that Slovenia has occurred and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Our group is back in the Philippines since a few days back.  We want to tell you how grateful we are for a most memorable trip we had with Movis Tours.  We had very good hotels in terms of location and facilities, thanks to you.  We had a most comfortable bus.  And we had the best team of Ziga and Karlo that they’ve become part of our group during the last half of our tour.  Ziga recommended all the right things to us.  He is very patient and fun to be with.  Very knowledgeable and informative.  He always does what he can to make our tour pleasant. Karlo is a very efficient driver.  We always felt safe with him driving for us.  The local guides are all very efficient too and made our vists to the sights very productive.  Everything was perfect and my group agrees.  We had one very special trip courtesy of Movis.  We hope to get your service again in the future, perhaps with the same team of Ziga and Karlo.  We will always remember our trip with you and I thank you in behalf of our group.

My group of 14 travelers had an amazing 2-week trip with Movis. The booking process with Rok was easy and it was so nice to have his guidance in getting the most picturesque and diverse itinerary together. The six of us just came back from a 7 days trip to see the best of Slovenia and Croatia. Planning the trip with Rok was smooth and very professional. Rok was very responsive and answered every question we had prior to the trip (even after we paid in full!) with the outmost details. r Our guide Helena was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, kind and generous with her answers. My lovely wife, Tammy and I went on an Adriatic cruise and we had the pleasure of stopping in the beautiful country of Slovenia. Our friend, Glenn found a guide online after searching for one extensively. He found Rok Puppis (www.movisprivatetorus.com) and booked a private tour. Rok was incredible and such a great guide. His English is perfect and we all felt so safe with him. He met us in the port city of Koper where our cruise ship docked and we went on such a fun journey through Slovenia in his really nice van, which was roomy and comfortable. There were five of us, though the van could seat more. I found out that Rok does tours to Croatia and beyond, and I would not hesitate to go with him on an extended tour. His fee is very reasonable and he speaks many languages and is so knowledgeable about Slovenia and Europe in general. We just had a one day tour, though I wish it was longer. First, we went to the Predjama castle, which was awesome, then onto the capital city of Ljubljana, which was gorgeous, then to the incredible Skocjanske caves. I loved it all. Rok was such a pleasure to meet, and he’s an excellent driver. I also really enjoyed hearing the history of Slovenia, information about the locations we visited, and since I’m a writer, all the myths and local legends. Dear mister puppis our holiday is almost ended and we want to thank you for the well balanced holiday program. you did a good job and in the short 14 days we have been able to taste some of the culture of a new and future European country. We had a good time and have met nice and friendly people in both country’s. when we are back in belgium i will mail you a picture of my family in croatia thanks again and be assured that I will recommend you to my friends and family..

Slovenia and Croatia were beautiful and exciting places to visit, rich in historic and scenic beauty. The arrangements by your company were perfect. Your guide Nikola was superb! He was most enjoyable and made the trip special. He is a true jewel of Croatia. Any serious visitor to Slovenia and Croatia definitely does need a tourist service similar to your own providing expert guides who conduct the tours in private vehicles.

Hi Rok, I’m not sure if my dad emailed you, but I also wanted to email you to thank you for a wonderful trip around the Adriatic. It was extremely helpful and enjoyable to have you around with us, and of course the driving / speaking / information sharing were all invaluable. I will definitely keep you in mind if I am looking for a similar trip in the future, whether with my family or just me and Emily. I was also wondering if you’d like any photos to use in your business proposals for other clients. I can try to provide one good photo from each city that I think sums up the city well, and you can use them however you feel fits. If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll start sending. Hello Rok I hope you made it back to Ljubljana safely and the journey was smooth. We finally got back to Salt Lake last night at 7:30. I wanted to send you a note and say a very big thank you for an incredibly wonderful and memorable trip. The one week we spent in Slovenia and Croatia was one of the best trips we had and it is all thanks to you. Not only did you plan the whole thing with such care but you also fulfilled the wishes of the members in the group whether it was taking pictures of football teams or stopping to get ice-creams. Your commentaries of the places, the history, its people, and cultures was very informative and we learned a lot about Slovenia and Croatia in a very short time. As your mother put it, Slovenia is God’s creation with the things He originally kept for himself. What an incredibly beautiful country!! We have not stopped talking about it with our relatives and friends. Croatia and the Dalmatian coast was incredible. I really cannot wait to bring our kids there and visit again. As we said, please visit us with your family in SLC and I hope we get the opportunity to reciprocate by taking you to some of the wonderful places around here. It is so hard to get back to work after a wonderful vacation. SLC today is mild thanks to some rain we are having. Coming back to the mountains reminded me of Slovenia (but your mountains are more beautiful). Again, thank you for your friendship and for taking such great care of us on this trip. Hello Rok, I have not forgotten to thank you or give you a critique … it is coming. In the interim, Gvozden was a dream guide! He was kind, considerate with a twinkle in his eye and a great sense of humour. We appreciated every minute with him. Please thank him for us. I started the “Movis marketing” in the Frankfurt airport when we met some travellers from California returning from Spain and Portugal. I have told many others and will continue. Good morning, I am sorry for not having answered before, but we were very busy with the cruise around the Croatian islands and the internet in the ship was not very reliable. First, I want to thank you in the name of all 4 of us for the good services that we received from your company and from Maja; the tour around Croatia and Slovenia was very interesting and spectacular; we enjoyed every minute of it. It was all very well organized . The hotel choices were also very good. I don’t have enough to say about the spectacular guide that Maja was. So very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. She really went out of her way for us to love your country and feel great there.
